Jewish Weddings

You can have a Jewish wedding without an ordained Rabbi.  In a Jewish wedding, the bride and groom marry each other; the officiant just handles the paperwork!  Shari is ready and willing to infuse Yiddishkeit into your wedding, whether you are both Jewish, or just one of you is.  You can incorporate readings from other traditions if you like, with creativity and joy.

Your Jewish wedding can have
  • a chuppah
  • drinking wine together
  • the Seven Blessings (Sheva Brachot)
  • the breaking of the glass

and any other Jewish traditions you would like to incorporate, such as
circling the groom, throwing candy, or singing "Simen Tov und Mazel Tov"

Let Bubbie and Zaydie see you under the chuppah--what, would it kill you?
